From there, you can access the candidate's work history, education, references, or any documents the candidate has uploaded. Use the Inquiry Exchange to communicate back and forth with the candidate. It's a simple way to stay connected about the position.

Get notified of messages via texts or emails

If a candidate sends you a direct inquiry, get notified of the new message via text or email by setting up a RapidStaff alert for Inquiry Exchange messages. Be notified of a new responses, or when candidates match to one of your posted jobs. Review the candidate's history, and if you like what you see, contact the candidate via the Inquiry Exchange.
