Stephen Carrier / Co-Founder & CEO

With more than 30 years experience in the medical industry, Stephen is a seasoned businessman and an expert in the human resource industry. He founded Encore Anesthesia in 1989, which provides anesthesia staffing and recruitment services to medical facilities throughout New England. Stephen earned his BSN from Eastern Washington University and completed his anesthesia training in Worcester, MA. Stephen is currently the founder and CEO of RapidStaff.

David Glines / Co-Founder & Director of Product Development

David brings more than 10 years experience working with businesses interested in expanding their presence in the online space. David worked most recently at Citi Cards as Vice President, Partnership Group managing the online personalization program for existing partners such as The Home Depot, Sears, Exxon, Shell and other partners. Additionally, under David’s management, the redesign of the Diners Club International website for the Diners Club North America franchise earned Citi Cards a Website Design Award. David graduated with a BS in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.

Jamie Gunn / Co-Founder & Director of Technology

Jamie brings deep technical knowledge from a variety of stacks. He holds a masters in Computer Science.
